 CCYPT Plans
The CCYPT and its partners have a number of plans through which they set out the targets and plan priorities for the year ahead. The Children and Young People’s Plan below reflects what all partners will do together from 2006-9, and the Children and Young People’s Plan Review 06-07 provides some reflection on what has been achieved in the last 12 months and refreshed priorities for the 12 months ahead. Also essential to the work of the partnership is the Local Area Agreement, and the Children and Young People’s targets are attached below.
